All orders are shipped within 1-7 business days. Once the product has shipped and is in the hands of the postal carrier it is out of my control and liablility. Sometimes delays do occur. Please allow 14 bussines days (If you live in the USA) for your item to arrive and at least 21 business days if you are outside of the USA.
